On Friday, First Lady Michelle Obama participated in a soccer clinic which was designed to help promote healthy activities to combat the country’s child obesity problem. Check out some of the First Lady’s fancy footwork in the video below.

Soccer or football as we call it in europe and the rest of the world, is very good sport for building up fitness and endurance. Plus its not the most complicated sport, it can be played anywere providing you have a sphere shaped ball. i remember playing it every day when i was at school and college, near enough non stop sometimes came out wid some rock hard abs… sigh the good old days. I’m glad Michelle is promoting and raising awarness on this matter.
