Whitney Houston performed live on her UK leg of her ‘Nothing But Love’ world tour at the LG Arena on Tuesday night (April 13) in Birmingham, England.
The show got mixed reviews and according to The Telegraph, the singer was pitchy at times and had trouble with some songs in the beginning. [ Click here to see video. ]

But considering all the drugs and alcohol thats up and through her body, she sounds pretty damn good.

Considering her history and that I believe she is still using, she sounds pretty good. Whitney had the most anointed voice I’ve ever heard. I have yet to hear a more pure and angelic sound. She has ruined it and I only hope that she gets it together and doesn’t end up like Michael Jackson. Honestly, I expected to see her dead before him.
With all the negativity in the world, I am so HAPPY that God preserved Whitney’s life and she is given a second chance to accomplish everything that she was unable to accomplish before.
If you are a woman you know that every day we are NOT 100%. We have are off days, are water weight days, bad hair day and don’t even talk about acne!! LOL. So if Whitney is having an off day so be it. I would rather her have a bad day and be six feet above ground then be six feet under.
I believe we as women have an obligation to one another to encourage, uplift and not be so hateful towards one another.
So to all my “BEAUTIFUL” ladies know that you are Fabulous and I pray that Whitney Houston continues to be the shining star she is.

Anyone who still thinks Whitney can sing half as great as she use to needs a hearing aid. I still listen to and enjoy her old recordings. She was definitely one of the best but it’s gone to the point of no return. I don’t think we can blame Bobby, Whitney was a grown woman when she met Bobby and she is responsible for her own actions. Now we are hearing the result of those actions. As long as people are paying $ to see her I guess she will continue. Why not?
Also, I DON’T agree that Whitney is 100% better than the majority of the popular singers in her genre today. She may be better than a few but not the majority, not with the voice that she has left. Singers on the R&B charts these days like Chrisette, Ledisi, Erykah, India Arie, Jill Scott, Beyonce, Monica, Melanie Fiona, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, etc. can all sing better than Whitney can TODAY because they have more stamina. Whitney can’t make it through half of a song without her voice going out on her and sounding horrible at moments. Even Rihanna could outsing Whitney today. It’s a different story if you go outside of R&B to so-called singers like Britney Spears, Ke$ha, and maybe Lady Gaga to find singers that Whitney is 100% better than. It’s sad considering she use to kill most of the competition in her genre when she was at her peak but you have to value your God given talents instead of taking them for granted because you may not have them forever. That’s what happened in her case.

Y’all need to listen to these here clips below. Whitney sounds awesome! She definitely doesn’t need to pull the plug because this tour is actually HELPING her voice and she is improving bigtime.
