Lauryn!! I’m glad she looks happy! I was in the parking garage at my job and someone was listening to X-factor… i went home and you tubed that video.. and then I found a video with her songs Perfect Match and Water.
She is a far SUPERIOR songwriter than most of the singer/songwriters in the R&B or HIP HOP game today…. she can write a r&b love song like Sweetest Thing, a gospel song like Zion and then spit a hip hop rhyme like Final Hour… incredible!!
Maxwell, Jack White, Radiohead and Jill Scott are the only ones that come close to her songwriting skills in this generation but she is tha best.
