I don’t think his shorts are too small, its just that he has stuff in his pockets. First of all, pockets weren’t meant to hold big things or a lot of things. Second of all, the pockets on these shorts really weren’t meant to hold anything. Then, he has some kind of thigh pad on his leg under his shorts. It’s just all types of wrong.
