I loved it! I was dancing with her lol. It is an upbeat song for the warm weather outside. She kept clothes on, had funny moments, and she looked gorgeous!
The only issue is that she isn’t Beyonce or Rihanna so people are tearing her apart. Her dance sequence is simple due to her heart condition. I can watch this with kids in the room unlike those other chicks out today

I LOVE TONI but I do not LOVE or LIKE this song! Her hair being shaved on one side…is so unlike the Toni I remember from back in the day! But I guess ‘ 1/2 shaved heads’ on celebrities is so hot now days! Noticed I said on celebrities because a normal person could not shave 1 side of their head and expect to keep a job!
I think its interesting though that she has not released an album in a very long time (like 5-10 yrs)…but as soon as she gets divorced, she is releasing a new album –

This video was a hot mess and pathetic. People say she has an heart condition, well if that’s true, then she shouldn’t been trying to dance because she looked very stiff and stupid. I love this song, but after seeing the video, I don’t care for it anymore. The video was so slow, it seemed like all of the dancers were dancing to a slow song! I don’t understand why she’s mature in age and still tries to dress in revealing outfits! That cat suit was too much. I swear, women are desperate to look sexy no matter what…. and she has children? SMDH! Her Wendy Williams performance was better than this. She should have just been posing in various shots and had some really good background dancers.

Anyway I think the song is nice, but people REALLY REALLY need to learn music history before commenting on people ‘jacking’ other people’s styles. No1 is innovative anymore, its all been done. These new artists are all inspired by those that came before them. Rihanna is NOT the first person to cut her hair…asymmetrical or otherwise. Salt N Pepa had that style waaaay back in the day, even her new look with the blonde curls was done by Pepa so PLEASE STOP. I wanna dislike it but how can an 80s baby from BK hate on Toni LOL???? You just can’t or at least I can’t! The beat is really sick; great for dancing! The lyrics are equally catchy. I’m not saying these things make a good song but just stating why I like the song. Plus she looks DAMN GOOD despite the video’s cheese factor LOL. Young people crack me up these days. Everything is not made JUST FOR YOU to enjoy. Yes, I know it’s hard to believe, but we people 30 and over still listen to the radio while we drive to our jobs, and earn the money that keeps you guys fed, clothed, and housed. When we do, we like hearing new music from artists our own age! We still like to go out and dance, at Happy Hour and on the weekends. We buy CDs and songs from iTunes, too. Toni still looks and sounds great! I’ll definitely be picking up her new CD when it comes out.
I like the directions ‘Pulse’ is going. Toni Braxton is a Diva, a gem, an icon and an entertainer. She is multi-faceted. She can bravely go in different directions and do different things. And after all of these years, she is still here giving us GREAT music If you want vintage Toni– go buy a greatest hits or one of her past cd’s. In this day and age when music is n’t selling like it used to, why stay stuck in the past? Artist have to blaze new paths to remain relevant. It’s REFRESHING to see a different side of Toni! Can’t wait for the CD, I hope it does well because Toni is a GREAT artist! Keep doing your thing Toni! Haters should fall back, or better yet HATERS should make a CD or a video and see how well you do. LOL
