Actress/singer Zoe Kravitz attended the premiere of "Beware The Gonzo" during the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center on Thursday (April 22) in New York City.
Zoe co-stars in the indie flick and also has another one, “Twelve” being released later on this year. She is currently working on 3 other film projects.
Here’s new music from Toni Braxton and the recording sessions for her upcoming sixth album Pulse, set for release May 4. The Claude Kelly-written/Stargate-produced “I Hate Love” is a ballad that finds Toni hating love or rather the pain it can bring when that special someone is away. This could have made a great follow-up to the first single “Yesterday”…
Or if the label wanted to adhere to the formula of a simultaneous release of a ballad and up or mid-tempo track (like “Hands Tied” and “Make My Heart”), Dernst “D’Mile” Emile II offered “Clockwork” with Toni’s signature sensual vocals that could have fit the bill.
But, unfortunately, neither of these stellar songs made the cut.
Check out the new video from Chris Brown featuring Tyga for “Holla @ Me” from their upcoming mixtape Fan of a Fan. Chris is also reportedly working on the follow-up to last year’s Graffiti, tentatively set for a late 2010 release.
In related news, he will be hosting and headlining “Virginia Stand Up! A Call to Action” on May 15 at Virginia Commonwealth University to benefit the Red Cross’ Haitian relief efforts as well as the Central Virginia Food Bank.
“I wanted to find a way to contribute personally to the ongoing Haitian relief effort and also support an organization that helps people in need in my home state. Everyone has to do their part,”Chris said.
Also scheduled to appear: Trey Songz, Keri Hilson, T-Pain and Ryan Leslie.
