So I got a bunch of emails about what Beyonce was rocking during the Coachella Music Festival this past weekend and decided to put together a “What They Rock’d’ Post. A lot of people were also interested in Ciara’s t-shirt in the “U Got Me” video, Solange’s shades and Keri’s blazer. Peep the info below.
First up, Beyonce was spotted all ‘hipstered’ out this weekend when she performed onstage with her husband Rapper Jay-Z. She rock’d some (1.) Chanel Metal Front-Plated Boots and a (2.) Thomas Wylde ‘Nevermind’ T-Shirt – $650. Earlier that day she was spotting wearing a (3.) WildFox Couture Ice-Cream Crop Tank – $55 and some of those cut off shorts from (4.) True Religion -$172 that she loves so much. And for those of you who were wondering what type of shoes she rock’d in the airport on Monday, they are the (5.) Alexander McQueen Canvas fold-over boots – $1295. Baller!
Speaking of ballers, Ciara obviously isn’t scraped for cash because she dished out $615 bucks for this Ashish Slogan sequined silk top. She rock’d it in her highly publicized viral video “U Got Me”.
Solange was spotted all chilled out this weekend at Coachella with some dope Alexander Wang Cat Sunglasses, and resonalbly priced American Apparel Crop Tank and some cute Jellies from the ever popular Diane Von Furstenberg.
Keri Hilson performed the National Anthem earlier this month in Atlanta, Georgia rocking a Givenchy Ottoman Stitch Stripe Jacket. Wonder if she say Cici’s new video? I kid!
Some of the shirt prices are completely outrageous. I’m surprised that anyone, celebrity or not, would spend that kind of money just to have exclusivity, because the truth is they have designs and shirts like that at Target!!

Majority of the items celebrities have are given to them for promotion purposes because someone is actually going to go and buy that $615 t-shirt so one free shirt won’t kill designer especially if they know at least 10 people will end up purchasing it!

The funny thing is that most of the time these celebs dont even pay for it. The designers give them the stuff for free so they can wear it and then the real idiots can go and spend their money on it.

Neither of the two paid a dime for said pricey t-shirts. Not that either of them couldn’t afford to but big music stars get a most of the stuff they wear on tour and for videos either on loan or for free as gifts because ultimately the brands get major free advertising…. as is evident by the very blog post we’re all currently reading.

For a christian girl I am sure that one would not rock this to challenge the media on the rumors especially when she is so private.
