Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys smile as Stephen Daldry congratulates them on their engagement and pregnancy. The duo attended the ‘Keep A Child Alive Black Ball’ held at St John’s Smith Square on Thursday (May 27) in London, England.
In related news, Alicia’s rep has confirmed that the 29 year-old is now pregnant with her first child. The father is celeb producer & her longtime beau Swizz Beatz, 31.
Her rep also confirmed that the duo are engaged to be married and will wed in private ceremony later this year. Swizz has two children from previous relationships.

Congratulations to Alicia KEYS! She is a total inspiration. She and Swizz seems so happy and this child will be so loved! And Alicia has nothing to feel shame for. I really wish people would stop with this nonsense. She did not sleep with any married man nor did she break up any happy home. Sizz was separated from his wife and the divorce was in motion so let’s stop with this lie that has been repeated over and over on the net. Swizz’s wife is a very insecure women who took to twitter because she was bitter and resentful that her relationship was over. Women have to grow up. Ya’ll need to shut that shit up….NONE of ya’ll know the truth, or what really happened behind this whole ordeal. Some of ya’ll get so wrapped up in the legal part, ya’ll forget about love which is the foundation to marriage. If that is gone so is the marriage. Swiss said the love between he and Mashonda had been long gone 10+ years before Alicia came along…THE DIVORCE WAS IN PROCESS. So what it wasn’t finalized?? So he supposed to wait and possibly pass up his soulmate? For what, the marriage will be finally over regardless according to mutual understanding???? Ya’ll act like Alicia Keys hunts married men??? This is why you need to be friends with your man/husband before you get married. Personally, if me and my husband were having problems everyday for ten years, tried working it out, no sparks whatsoever….I would be happy to see him move on and vice versa. Congratulations to Alicia and Swizz! Some bitter bitches up in this post. Find your own damn role model, hell you don’t know Alicia personally. Some of you act like Swizz was your man. That marriage was probably over with when Mashonda got pregnant. They were married for three years before the baby was born. She probably thought a baby would save the marriage. Swizz filed for divorce when the baby was fifteen months old, so there had to be problems before Alicia. That divorce was filed in April 2008, what hell is quick about a two year divorce? If Mashonda had not of been throwing up roadblocks, the divorce could have been final last year. The divorce probably was in the waiting period last year, when she started her twitter blast to embarrass Alicia. She knew the fat lady was singing and Swizz was not coming back. Women when a man say it is over let the mofos go, hanging on only make you look like a mental case.
