After what some may consider a much needed break from the limelight, Kanye West is back with a new song. The new track is entitled, “Power,” (co-produced by Symbolyc One and Kanye) and is a leak from ‘Ye’s highly anticipated fifth studio album, Good Ass Job.
“Power” features vocals from Dwele and a sample from King Crimson’s “21st century Schizoid Man” song. He is reportedly in works with Pete Rock and DJ Premiere for the new album and spent a large portion of his time working on Good Ass Job in Hawaii.
There’s no solid release date; however, they are looking at a September album release.
Pretty cool keep up the Good Work Kanye and forget all the haters from that certain incident.

The repetition of “No one man should have that much power” is annoying to me. First of all, it’s a quote I associate with Malcolm X and consequently find absurd when applied to Kanye and Secondly because he does NOT have that much power. The backlash over what he said about Taylor proved HER power as the sentiment toward Kanye was very much one of disgust. His comments – and for many his PRESENCE – that night were seen as UNNECESSARY.
