Nelly Furtado – Free (full) – listen
Seems as though Nelly Furtado is finally gearing up to release new English language album, following up the hugely successful 2006′s Loose (she released a full-length Spanish album entitled Mi Plan just last year). Here’s a new cut from the sessions, produced by Salaam Remi. Nelly’s new album is entitled Lifestyle. There are rumors of Nelly reteaming to Timbaland to create some more music, considering that their chemistry is undeniable from the last album. Furtado can most recently be heard on N.E.R.D.’s latest single, “Hot ‘N Fun.”
Ciara – This Is What Love Is (full) – listen
More and more material from Ciara’s Basic Instinct sessions have been leaking. “This Is What Love Is” is produced by none other than Tricky Stewart and written by The Dream. It’s interesting, because there hasn’t been anything disappointing to come from this team. And interestingly enough, it’s different from any other the other material Dream has created for any others (ie: Electrik Red, Mariah Carey) with the last couple years.
