Those “fat thighs” are muscular thighs. When you do something called exercise, you get muscle definition. So when you work out and lead a healthy active lifestyle, your body will reap the benefits. But if you’re anorexic like you probably are you’re going to look disgusting, unhealthy, pasty, sick and pretty much a hot mess.
