After providing viewers with a sneak peek into the recording process on her hit VH1 reality show Fantasia For Real, Grammy-nominated singer Fantasia will release her highly-anticipated third studio album Back to Me on July 27th via J Records.
Leading the way with the official first single “Bittersweet,” which is currently #9 on the Urban Adult Airplay chart, Back To Me will feature guest appearance by Cee-Lo Green and songs written and/or produced by Ne-Yo, Claude Kelly, Chuck Harmony Rico Love, Jim Jonsin and more.

I LOVE FANTASIA. SHE IS SO TALENTED AND SO DOWN TO EARTH. SHE DOESN’T ACT LIKE A CELEBRITY BUT MORE LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER. SHE GIVES HER ALL ON STAGE. SHE REMINDS OF PATTI LABELLE IN THAT WAY. SHE WILL KICK OFF HER SHOES AND ROLL ACROSS THE STAGE IF SHE HAS TO JUST LIKE MS PATTI LOL.
I’m REALLY excited about this new album. I’ve always felt like Fantasia was an unbelievable vocalist. I also love how she stays true to her fans, and doesn’t change her personality for what Hollywood may accept, but stays true to where she came from.

I’m glad that Fantasia is back on her feet with a single that’s on fire, a show that is green-lit for another season, and a new CD. I can predict that the same success Monica had with Still Standing, Tasia will have with Back to Me. That’s because both of their shows gave you an inside look into their lives and how that inspires the music that they make. I can assume Fantasia will sell at least 120,000 first week if she play her cards right.
Now, we need to support this girl’s CD as soon as it drops. Trust me, it would be embarrassing for all this hype about Fantasia goin on in the black blogs and she only sells about 20,000 records. We did Janelle Monae dirty like that so let’s not repeat that same mistake.
