This song like so many others, appeal to teenage/young adults. That’s who buys the music. That goes for concerts as well. If you want to be a successful music artist, you have to appeal to the ppl who will buy your music/tickets.

Love this song! Im a Cali girl and this is the new anthem, but as far as the video…wtfudge!! Love Katy Perry, but this video is not for this song! She should have been cruisin in her jeep along the coastline in a bikini with her girls!! Having a party on the beach with some hot cali boys!
