Kelis has NEVER been ”inside the box” if you want and she’s been all about being her, being awkward being HERSELF and I think that’s what we need to PROMOTE more nowadays, the individual. I’ve heard most of the album and It’s definitely not for a hip hop inspired audience, so fans of the old Kelis get the wrong impression and kill this new sound. I personally love her and love the way she switches up her music style. Her skin is amazing

BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL VIDEO! I guess if Kelis was half naked, shaking her a**, spreading her legs, or even kissing on girls and guys, more people would like it huh? This is the best video I have seen this year and is the best video I have seen from all of the UPTEMPO POP females! I’m not going to mention any names. Everything now-a-days is just so boring, predictable, and over the top. This video is so natural and simple, yet so visual, creative, and original. It has so much imagery and GOES WITH THE SONG! She’s not trying to be fierce, edgy, or DIFFERENT, she’s just being herself and it works. I don’t think that Kelis can sing worth a lick and I’m not a big fan, but I can respect and appreciate good music and videos when I see or hear them.
