As far as the video like most of her recent video it reminds me of all the dystopic movies& books I’ve read and seen such as the movie Brazil and the book Brave new world by Aldous Huxley.
I think it’s a nice video. It’s about her love for a gay guy, who can’t answer that love back. It’s about her catholic upbringing and how she’s scared of how she will be judged by catholics for taking a stand for the gay community. That heart in the beginning symbolizes the death of either her or yet another death of a gay man fighting for his rights.

I was just disgusted with this video… like I am with all of her videos! She is one of the most perverted and nasty entertainers of all time! Why does all of her videos have to contain dirty sex? She looks like her c**chie and a** stinks! It looks like she smells like rotten fish and onions. She’s trying way to hard to be shocking and different but in reality, she’s just nothing but an attention seeking, manufactured sex pot. The storyline was extremely unclear and unorganized, and the video was boring and distasteful! So many people had a hard time putting the pieces to the puzzle together because of how all over the place the message was. It probably was because this video has too many distractions like the bad choreography and the groping, licking, touching, and kissing on the gay men. Showing short clips of her boyfriend, who was in the military, was not enough to tell the story. There should have been more of him. Just because she spends millions of dollars and wears expensive ugly a** high fashion outfits in music videos, doesn‘t mean that they’re great videos. She needs to learn that something so simple can make such an epic outcome.

@Danger, I just visited The Vigilant Citizen website and found it quite amusing. Sorry, but I feel that The Vigilant Citizen propagates not alternative prospectives on the entertainment industry, but the same repressive agenda that I see operating in many Judeo-Christian locations. However, I am supposed to believe that entertainers like Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Jay-Z, Janelle Monae, Kanye West, etc…are ACTUALLY the agents of “hate,” “evil,” and “brainwashing,” rather than, say, the Catholic Church? 2 billion (that is billion with a “b”) viewed Pope John Paul II’s body lying in state in 2005 but I am supposed to believe that these aforementioned artists have the same (or more) cultural power as the church. I will never believe it.
With that said, “Alejandro” is not totally derivative but it certainly has Madonna’s influence all up through there. What I respect about Lady Gaga in this video is that she adds to Madonna’s critique of a lot of Christianity’s very repressive stances on gender and sexuality. I also like the way that she asks us to think about gender, sexuality, and religion in terms of WWII.

Yes, they have more cultural power than the church, we see it everyday on the blogs. Church is no longer an influence to the masses as it once were, this new generation is looking at entertainment (enter contain me) at thier church. They are usually the ones that cannot do what they recommend, and on top of that have very little to add other than being a crab for those that have vision. People speak that way because they’re frustrated that they cannot see. This video is similar to Rihanna’s “Te Amo” video. It alleges to be about alternative lifestyles and it’s glorification, but it is actually telling a story about certain spiritual and mental battles that the “artist” (puppet) is waging within their own psyche.
“Alejandro” represents the entity that is controlling her, whether it be Satan or her handlers. This is why she does not want it/them to “call her name”, meaning harass her psyche and make her do their bidding. The h*mosexual storyline is to keep the people confused and inundate their minds with that imagery so that they can be seduced into that lifestyle for population control and their own self-defilement. At 0:31& 6:16 there is the military imagery that pervades these female “artists” videos, because they are the pawns that are pushing the h*mosexual/l*sbian agenda.
At 1:08 & 1:36 the “wicked”, demonic version of Gaga is watching from above with the “Nazis” (handlers) as she herself leads the procession of her spiritual death, and actual death if she rebels from her role. The “heart” that she carries represents her broken soul. Notice that the demonic Gaga licks her lips when she sees the heart because Stan feeds on the souls of his adherents. This is why there have been so many songs and albums with the theme of “heartbreak”. It is metaphorical for the breaking of that person’s soul i.e. Kanye’s “808′s and Heartbreaks”, the Jackson Five’s “Heartbreak Hotel” (which was about their visits to the church of Satan). The same “man” is shown at 1:54 as the one who “killed” Gaga at 8:23, and they both are suspended by wires to show that they are both being puppeted.
The video does not occur in chronological order, because the death of Gaga at the end of the video precipitates the funeral procession at the beginning, so essentially, it’s a flashback and a chronicling of how she was seduced. The storyline is almost the same as her other video, “Bad Romance”. The military men and the dance and music in the begining of the video seems like it was influenced by Michael Jackson. It reminds me of when he was rehearsing for ” They dont really care about us”, in This Is It. The men are dressed the same, their doing the same military march, and the sound before the beat really drops Is how mike had it for his joint as well. Also in her video, when the guy is looking down at the people with those little binocular glasses on reminds me of Michaels movie “Moonwalker”, when Joe Pesci had the same goggels on and was perched up on something looking down at the people before he shot at them. After that, theres some Madonna in their as well as Janet. All in all, i liked it, and I do like her because she doesnt bore me.
Thats the problem, confusion. Confused is how they want us to feel, while they are pushing another message. Laga Gaga states from her own mouth that her videos have a deeper meaning than what one thinks. If it confuses you or rubs you the wrong way then listen to your intuition, listen to your soul.
