Marques Houston needs to give it up. They’ve been trying to “break” him as a solo act for a decade, and it still hasn’t happened. Not even that D’Angelo-bite video could generate buzz. The public isn’t interested in him. After Immature, he should have recruited an entirely new management team, and completely repackaged himself. Instead he chose to keep on going with Chris Stokes, who was only good for having mild success with 12 year olds. Now he’s like 30 and still hoping for *that* hit. Meh.

I like Marques Houston. My favorite song by him is “Circles”. I think his records would sell if they we’re promoted better. I have all of his CD’s and they’re all great. Now I am not or ever have been a fan of Rick Ross (yuck) he’s overrated.
