The whole shave heads phenomenon reminds me of some sort of medical procedure which was done or is being done to these girls. Like chemo, or even when my grandmother had tests done on her brain, they shaved a part of her head so that the devices would stick to her scalp.. I am convinced these girls heads were shaven because tests are being done to/on them.
