Kid sister was here way before nicki minaj. People are just quick to dismiss her because she’s different. IMO all of her songs are dope so is this one.
I love Kid Sis. Good luck to her. I’ve followed her a long time. I like Ultra Violet but I think overall her career took a bit of a turn when she decided to do soley club style music. If she’d tried more traditional hip hop I think she could have been where Niki Minaj is now. But she said club is her background and that’s what she wanted, so oh well.

I would rather see girl Rappers acting silly than violent and cussing anyday. This is harmless and funny.
I like club-style rap. It’s strictly for having fun and dancing – no violence and no trying to be ridiculously sexy. It reminds me of the stuff Salt N Pepa, Roxanne and JJ Fad used to make. Hip-hop started out like this. It was just music you could dance to and enjoy. Does anyone remember “Rapper’s Delight” – wasn’t nary a word mentioned about clothes, diamonds, liquor or women – those dudes were talking about eating nasty food at your friend’s mama’s house. It was about clever word play (Slick Rick) and having a good time. Now, that hip-hop is a business it’s lost so much of it’s soul. Music doesn’t always have to be serious or violent – people need a little levity in their lives. I like Kid Sister because she does no harm. She doesn’t try to come off as hyper-sexy and her raps are cool but light. Same with Amanda Blank (if you don’t know her you need to find out about her). Just all-around, drama-free music.
