NEW MUSIC: BERTELL – “BET NOT BE”


♫ Bertell – Bet Not Be

Bryan-Michael Cox’s Blackbaby, Inc. artist Bertell releases his first official single, “Bet Not Be.”

The track, produced by Ced Solo and written by Nate Walker (responsible for Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It,” and “Say Aah” for Trey Songz), will lead off Bertell’s forthcoming debut album, Goin’ Hard.

There’s no solid release date on Goin’ Hard, however the album is slated for fall release.

AWARENESS: HOLLYROD FOUNDATION’S 12TH ANNUAL DESIGN CARE EVENT

The HollyRod Foundation held its 12th Annual Design Care event at business magnate Ronald Burkle’s Green Acres estate in Los Angeles on Saturday (July 24). Those in attendance included foundation organizers Rodney and Holly Robinson Peete, Laila Ali, Boris Kodjoe, Regina King and more.

COUPLED UP: NIECY NASH & BOYFRIEND IN LA

Niecy Nash and her boyfriend Jay Tucker were spotted out and about in Los Angeles on Saturday (July 24).

The Daytime Emmy winner appeared on Dancing with the Stars earlier this year and currently hosts Clean House on the Style Network.
