Ms Lauryn Hill performed in Kigali, Rwanda on Sunday (July 25) at FESPAD Festival. Coincidentally, on the same day an unreleased track “Repurcussions” hit the net (listen above). No word on when it was recorded though.
In related news, you can catch Ms. Hill in concert in the States soon because she will be co-headlining the upcoming ‘Rock The Bells’ tour (which starts in August).

Loving the new track! Could this be a return to real music again? First Maxwell came back last year then Sade returned this year along with Erykah Badu . And now possibly Laurn Hill!? All I need is for D’angelo to come back and then I’m in music heaven!
Sound like an unreleased track from Miseducation though. Her voice on this track sounds like it did back in 1998 and it seems that over the years her voice has become raspier.

I’m so glad CL put this up but you all are kind of late with this. Still Lauryn is about to take over. I have no doubt she will have a HUGE comeback. Rnb is in a terrible state and maybe she can inspire some people to make real rnb again.

I hope this is a leftover track from the Miseducation session because this is a very lukewarm song. Definitely not a comeback song.

I am confused with Lauryn. I’m not sure what she is about lately.I was a big fan of her’s and was disappointed when she stopped performing but now I’m not that bothered. Other people probably feel the same that’s probably why this post has very little comments. Although she still seems lost to me, I wish her well.
