Ciara was spotted walking into the Barney’s New York store in Beverly Hills sporting a studded black backpack, The star recently admitted to spending "about $11,000 a month" on shoes, in the latest issue of Pride magazine.

After premiering her second single, “Gimme That,” Ciara reveals the cover for her upcoming fourth album, Basic Instinct.
The new album is produced and written mostly by Tricky Stewart and The Dream and will hit stores August 17th.

As an Aaliyah fan from back in the day, I find this cover very reminiscent of something she would have done before her untimely death. That being said, Ciara has always tried to shape herself in the same mode as Aaliyah in terms of dance & vocals. Let’s just say she’s come up short again & again. FAIL!
@14 i thought people were supposed to dress based on the current temperature of their geographic location. It may be strange for people who are used to extreme heat in the summer, but it’s not hot everywhere in the country (or world) right now. If ciara wants to rock boots and the weather is cool enough, who cares? Dressing “out-of-season” is pretty much the norm in California (I’m from San Fran).
