While filming the second season of the popular VH1 reality show with his sister, Brandy, R&B crooner Ray J is gearing up to release his sixth studio album.
Rumors had circulated that he was doing a duet album with Brandy, however, the last season of the show depicts him working on a new solo project with super produced, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, and it seems as though he’s tapped Ludacris for the new single.
No official word on more information from the project, only that “Celebration” is the lead single.

Ray J sounds corny on anything that TRIES to be up-tempo. I think his slow R&B songs are better, like “One Wish” and “Lets Play House”.
I can’t really take his music serious though because he’s so much of a joke. He makes his money in the club, not selling records.

Nobody is going to buy anything by Ray J. I do not respect him as a singer because he cannot sing. His songs are always wack and he is lame. Now Brandy on the other hand is the real talent in the family and getting her career back together is where the focus should be at.
