I didn’t know he was a real artist. I just thought he was one of those people that release hit songs every once in awhile. Why is he releasing an album? Seriously the studio does wonders for him because I saw a video of him performing live on Ellen and he sounded really bad and he sounded gay and sung with a lisp. His voice is hella high and can be quite laughable. And he doesn’t look like a singer to me. Sorry but he looks old.
See there, 2012′s on more people minds than my own..lol In regards the song, generic…simple lyrics. I give him a point for making the Mayan Prophecy end date theme entertaining. I see Nicki has made a career of acting like a hyperactive crack head or Tourette syndrome person.

mkl, I was thinking the exact same thing! Jay Sean seems like a nice guy but HE IS NOT TALENTED! Gosh, his voice sucks! Those other artists you mentioned are also so bubblegum and poppy. It’s just annoying and sad that we have artists who are making money off of crappy singles. It’s funny because I saw that Taio Cruz has an album and it’s so low on the billboard charts! It was released just a little while ago and I remember researching Jay Sean’s album sales and they were like 24,000 in the first week and it only sold a total of 150,000 units in the US. And he’s supposed to be so “international” yet his album did even worse in countries like the UK, Australia, Canada…
This video and song are SUPER GENERIC. Nicki makes the song though and she and Jay look like they had fun.
