It’s comedian Mike Epps. He was spotted leaving the Panera Bread cafe in Sherman Oaks, California.
Mike recently released brand new stand-up comedy DVD, Mike Epps Presents: Live From Club Nokia and will be on tour with Snoop Dogg later this year.

I saw him a few years ago @ Roscoes Chicken & Waffles here in LA. He is very approachable & friendly and gave every one an autograph that asked. Most comedians are nothing like they seem on screen. But he was. I will never forget that. But I just watched . I never get autographs. Because I’m above all of that…lol…Don’t hate
