The reason they have been seen together is that she is on his Artist Development Team. The pictures where they were seen in the D.R. is when he was being photographed for his album art. Terrence Carter, his tour manager (who also is Chris Brown’s tour manager), was also photographed along with Arike Rose… another member of his artist development group.
While it’s possible that they are more than likely effing each other, who knows how serious it is. As like I said, she — along with other females — have been photographed with him numerous times as they are apart of his crew.
