Nicki Minaj finally unveils the album cover for her much awaited debut album, Pink Friday. Much of Nicki’s project has been kept under wraps, but it seems as though she’s been giving the fans what they’ve wanted, including releasing her album a day earlier than originally planned on November 22nd.

I really like NM! She is not afraid to be different and weird and it comes naturally doesn’t seem forced. It seems like that is just how she is. Nicki Minaj gave some lame reason as to why she doesn’t have arms. Something having to do with it being too “common”…….okay, whatever, it’s a subliminal message. Without the use of both of your arms, there’s not much you can do. Think about people who are handcuffed. Although they have their arms, their arms are tied up in a position where they can’t fight back or where they are defenseless and you can possibly be under someone’s control. Yes the colors are pretty, but they have to be to get your attention to look and BUY. But underneath it all, there’s another message being sold.

I agree with #78 all the way! First of all, why of all things would you want to be depicted as a “Barbie” doll? It’s nothing but plastic being thrown together to form a doll. A doll has no brain, feelings, can’t speak and it can’t move. In order for a doll to do what you want it to do, it has to have someone “control” it. So, in other words what Nicki is saying, is that she’s a woman who doesn’t have a brain, feelings of her own and she can’t speak and move the way that she wants to. The “industry” is controlling her. On top of that, this is a woman who’s in her mid to late 20′s. The last thing you should have on your mind at that age is trying to be like a “Barbie” doll. If she were a little girl, I could understand that. But, a grown ass woman wanting to be compared to a “doll” is just plain weird. I know alot of people are sick and tired of hearing about “subliminal messages” and the whole “illuminati” thing when it comes to the entertainment industry. But, believe me, there is something behind this CD cover. It’s sad that people are still so blind about alot of this stuff. How can you not see it?
