#22 – i’m not saying that but 90 % of black women are brown skinned and it seems like 90 % of the video models are light skinned.
we should be better represented.. it’s like when you watch a lot of network tv shows and hardly see any blacks . it’s natural for people to want to see themselves reflected in media especially since many r&b fans are black women and most black women are brown skinned.
I am a big fan on Eric’s. I grew up 6 blocks from him in Milwaukee. He dated one of my girlfriends back in the day. Even though he used a “real natural sista” in this video and in the Chocolate Legs video, please don’t get it twisted. It’s just marketing. That is not his taste in women. He has the same taste in women as Prince. Not white but those Indian, middle eastern looking women. The ones who don’t require a relaxer.
