Singer/songwriter Kevin Cossom was one of our popular Artist Spotlights of 2009. The up and coming star who is best known for co-writing Keri Hilson’s hit song ‘Knock You Down’ (in which he was nominated for a Grammy), is slowly branching out from behind the scenes and working on his debut album which is set to be released in 2011.

Rapper/actor Drake and R&B singer Trey Songz performed at the launch of their new ‘SO KODAK’ campaign at Best Buy Theater on Tuesday (October 5) in New York City.

N.E.R.D. drops their new single, “Hypnotize U,” from their latest project, Nothing. This will be N.E.R.D.’s fourth studio album, a follow up to 2008′s Seeing Sounds. The new track was produced by none other than Daft Punk.
N.E.R.D., the band consisting of The Neptunes, Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and fellow Virginia native, Shae Haley, first premiered the new single with a live performance on The Late Show with David Letterman. Nothing is slated to hit stores November 2nd.
