Last Train to Paris, the debut album from Diddy-Dirty Money (his fifth overall), has been a long time coming. In anticipation of the album, set for release December 14, the group has released Last Train to Paris: Prelude, a nine track offering including four from the album.

I like Diddy-Dirty Money! They’re different & their music is actually substantial. This album is a love story, I believe & it’s refreshing to have that theme in music. Especially in a time where SEX is the main focus. Granted, Diddy is not that great of a rapper, he still has a musical ear for some dope ass shit. And the girls, Dawn & Kalenna are BEASTS! On the mic & with a pen. Idk why people expected Diddy to not be in the front. It’s HIS album! He brought the girls on HIS project. Just bc it’s a group, don’t mean it’s an equal partnership! And standing next to the girls, he’s always gonna look like the priority. He’s a mogul. The girls just got their feet wet. *shrugs* Just sayin. People always complain that music is wack now-a-days, and then something good comes along & they find stupid shit to pick at! Ugh! Anyways, I’m gonna buy Last Train To Paris!! It’s gonna be HOT!!!
What I have a problem with, at just looking at the cover, you don’t even see the girls at first. All I saw was Diddy with his arse in the front. I just feel some type of way about how Diddy and his ego is just too much at times. As far as the songs that I did hear, I like. But as far as them as a group, is it about Diddy, and girls of the group or just about Diddy…

I could have sworn this album dropped in ’08. I’m not understanding what everything before now was all about, but then again I wasn’t paying Diddy no mind in the first place.
I will say however that the SNL performance was pretty good. I hadn’t heard/seen a thing from this group before tonight. I like that Kaleena girl. She’s talented.
Must say I super respect his first cd, I haven’t listend to this mixtape but mos def giving it a play. Hopefully it’s creative.

I love the prelude, the production is fantastic! I’m glad at least SOME people in here actually listened to the music instead of hating in the first place! Put the music on your iPod oder mp3 player, use good in-ears and then let the music take you to another world!
