ciara could be a huge worldwide star but she has such a poor marketing team behind her. the uk embraces her with open arms. she is the first person since elvis to have all their debut singles enter the top 3 (goodies #1 1,2 step #2 oh #2 and I #3) the evolution got no promo here (like a boy #2 cant leave em alone #7 get up #14 and we never had thats right or promise released here and that was a big mistake) fantasy ride was her 1st top 10 album here and she gave up on that album to soon. none of the singles from basic instinct have entered the uk top 40 because nobody is sending her videos out. I am however disappointed that we only get 11 songs on this album.
