It’s actor Allen Payne. The star is probably best known for his roles is cult classic 90s films such as Jason’s Lyric, New Jack City, Vampire in Brooklyn and more.

He is suppose to be the star of House of Payne but you hear more about Lance Gross. Remember he had that role in The Perfect Storm where he said two words and was killed at sea. I was madd at that!!!!!!!
