Guess who was was spotted leaving the closing of a broadway musical in New York City?
Hint: She is a Philadelphia native singer and entrepreneur who has released 30 albums throughout her career.
It’s R&B singer, Ms. Patti LaBelle! The legendary vocalist was caught leaving the Eugene O’Neill Theatre for the closing show of the broadway musical, Fela!, a play based on the life and music of groundbreaking African composer, performer and activist Fela Anikulapo-Kuti. Ms. LaBelle had a tissue in hand while rocking a mean mink coat.
The 65-year old recently collaborated with Atlanta-native singer, Lloyd on the remix of his latest single, “Lay It Down (Part II)”, in tribute to the legendary female R&B singers.
