Seems as though Dawn Richard’s solo project is coming sooner than we thought. Fresh off the heels of the release of Dirty Money’s Last Train To Paris, Richard took her first official foray into the world of solo artistry with her mixtape release, #ATellTaleHeart. But it seems as though the former Danity Kane starlet will release her debut solo LP via Bad Boy/Interscope Records this fall.
“I’ve been incredibly lucky to have been in two amazing groups, but I feel like I’ve never had the opportunity to show the world what I can do on my own,” says the 27-year-old singer-songwriter.
In addition to gearing up for the release of her solo project, Richard is kicking off the Coming Home tour with Dirty Money on April 13th. The three will tour intimate venues around the United States before she begins promotion for the currently untitled solo project.
AUBREY O’DAY TALKS DANITY KANE REUNION?
Speaking of former Danity Kane members, Aubrey O’Day premiered her brand new Oxygen reality TV series, All About Aubrey last night. She sat down with the folks at Rap-Up.com and gushed about what we could expect from the new show, as well as a little insight about whether or not she and the girls would be willing to hook up for a Danity Kane reunion.
Aubrey is also on her way to releasing her first solo album this summer, and the new series will follow her journey of recording, preparing for showcases and finding her way back to stardom. All About Aubrey airs every Monday at 10 PM (EST) on Oxygen.

Fan favorite JoJo is breaking more silence with a new video that she posted on her Twitter to announce new information about her third studio album, which has frequently been delayed because of situations with her label in the past.
However, JoJo, now 20, is making new strides with the new album, which was originally titled All I Want Is Everything. Over the span of the past couple of years, JoJo ensures us that sonically, she’s experimented with some things and has changed the title of the new album to Jumping Trains.
The young singer, who first made a splash onto the scene when she was 14, also announced that she will shoot a video for her upcoming first single, and will update us on that within the coming weeks.
It is about time that we hear from JOJO again. She is incredibly talented!

Looks at though Dawn will be the first to drop a solo album from Bad Boy/Interscope. That is great for her and they should give her a high budget for marketing her and promo. My question is will Diddy use his connection to help her get some songs on the radio with his Ciroc DJ’s that is all over U.S.A or will he through her in the jungle by herself, if you get what I’m saying.
I really want the best for all the members of Danity Kane but I really don’t like Aubrey playing with DK fans hearts. 1st she is more about acting than music then she’s over Danity Kane, then she wants a reunion in the future whilst she is in the midst of EVERYONE starting their solo careers?

Dawn deserves this. It’s about damn time too for Jojo! I love Jojo. I hate to see good artists not get their shine. When we got people like kesha ( and yes i refuse to spell her name with the dollar sign) or Iyaz and that Derulo kid out making the same songs over and over again. We need some variety and no more techno beats please.
