ANGEL’S FAVORITE BIGGIE SONG IS
“ONE MORE CHANCE (STAY WITH ME REMIX)”
This is one of the first Biggie songs I ever heard. Growing up all we could listen to was gospel and I stole one of my brother’s rap mixtapes (but they were cassette tapes back then) and this song was on it. I was about 10 at the time and wanted to hear more from the dude that “flowed over the song so nicely” (as I put it back then). This song never gets old, the video was classic and it’s always on my chill or BBQ playlists.

Juicy would be an obvious answer for the nostalgia alone but the one B.I.G track I could and do listen to every single day would have to be Unbelievable. Its storytelling and word play at its very finest and is the quintessential street anthem that was felt from Brooklyn and beyond. You can feel Biggie’s music, it goes beyond just being a song – its a memory. Its skipping class with my best friend to listen to Ready To Die in his walkman to now over 10 years later listening to it on deadline day to get me motivated to work. Its Brooklyn and its Biggie.

David Darnell “Young Buck” Brown may be facing up to 10 years in the slammer, after recently being ‘charged with being a convicted felon on possession of a .40-caliber pistol’. He, of course, has plead not guilty and is currently out on bond. In order to get his surrendered passport back and travel to Canada for a scheduled performance, the judge is allowing him to post a $100,000 bond by the end of the week. [ Source ]
Bobby Brown Speaks on Daughter’s Drug Use
After pictures of his 18 year-old daughter, Bobby Kristina, were released last week, singer Bobby Brown spoke very briefly about his daughter’s alleged drug habit. In an interview w/ ‘ABC News Now’s What’s the Buzz,’ Brown denied that his daughter ever doing drugs and in an effort to avoid the topic stated, ‘I don’t know anything about that.’
The 42 year-old also talked about his upcoming reality show with his fiance, his upcoming album The Masterpiece which drops on May 11th and shared that New Edition will be making a reunion in the near future! Hey now! You can check out the rest of the interview in the video below: Continue
