Not too long after reappearing and dropping her new single, Beyonce has been hit with a lawsuit for backing out of a video game deal at the last minute. Why are they so mad you ask? Well according to the NY Post, the dead deal costed 70 people their jobs:
A video game maker says Beyonce didn’t play fair in a deal for a game structured around her. Gate Five LLC sued the Grammy Award-winning singer Tuesday in New York. The lawsuit says she made a lucrative agreement in June for a game called “Starpower: Beyonce,” then demanded a new deal and abruptly abandoned the project.
Her publicist and the company’s lawyer didn’t immediately respond to inquiries.
The lawsuit says Beyonce’s maneuvering drove a backer away and destroyed Gate Five’s business. Gate Five says it lost its nearly $7 million investment in the venture and more than $100 million in potential profits, and 70 people lost their jobs. [Source]

Diana Ross Listed as Legal Guardian on MJ’s Will
Turns out it was really true. According to RadarOnline.com, Michael Jackson really did put Diana Ross down as a legal guardian for his children (Paris, Prince Michael & Blanket). It is said that Ross is listed as the 2nd guardian after his mother, Katherine Jackson, who will be turning 81 year-old next month. As far as the 65 year-old iconic Motown diva, she hasn’t declined her new responsibility though rumors have said otherwise:
“Diana has made no moves whatsoever not fulfill her role that Michael intended for her,” the source says. “Michael didn’t trust anyone in his family besides, his mother, to raise the children. Michael loved Diana and chose her for a very specific reason. [...] Katherine is a very doting, loving grandmother. She just isn’t getting any younger and that is why Michael named a second guardian.” [Source]
Although Ross hasn’t been involved in the kids’ lives, it said that “she will step in if there’s an immediate need to do so.”
Ross is not getting younger either. She is up there in age too.

Isn’t it funny how Beyonce gets sued like every year? Beyonce is a phony and I wouldn’t be surprised if this story is true. Her new single is flopping hard. #33 on the Hot 100 when Britney’s and Gaga’s single debuted at #1 within less than a week? Her new track is horrible! I can’t stand Beyonce, but I do like some of her songs to dance to, and I even tried to get into “Girls Run The World” but it’s just too all over the place, ghetto, and her voice sounds manly.

Diana Ross would probably be a great guardian to the kids but I think another death (i.e Ms Jackson) would be a bit of a blow to the children as it is… I hope they’re coping well!
