Tyler Perry is adding another series to his TBS belt with ‘For Better or Worse‘. The show will follow the ups-and-downs of married life for Marcus and Angela, two characters who originated in the feature films ‘Why Did I Get Married‘ and ‘Why Did I Get Married Too?‘
Actor Michael Jai White and actress Tasha Smith are set to reprise the roles of television anchor Marcus and salon owner Angela. Additional cast members will be announced in the upcoming months and the show is set to start taping on Tyler Perry studios in ATL this Summer.
Tracee Ellis Ross, who starred in the former CW comedy “Girlfriends,” will star in a new comedy for BET that will increase the network’s move into original scripted programming.
The new comedy, “Reed Between the Lines,” will feature Ross as a psychologist adept in her job but more frazzled when dealing with her
family. Malcolm-Jamal Warner will costar as her husband, an English teacher.
The series, scheduled to air in October, will join “The Game” and “Let’s Stay Together,” the popular comedies which have both been renewed.

Rapper Lupe Fiasco and vocalist Sarah Green were spotted on the Upper West side of New York City on Monday afternoon (April 25). They will be appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman Show and performing a single from Fiasco’s latest album Lasers. Lupe is currently promoting his new album “Lasers” on which Sarah Green is a contributing vocal artist.


Much in the styling of David Guetta, European producer and DJ Fuego (most well known for producing Jason Derulo’s “Whatcha Say”) is putting out dance singles. The first of these tracks is “Get No Better,” featuring Concrete Loop friend and supporter, Alycia and singer/songwriter, Ty$.
Fuego hopes to infiltrate the iTunes charts, putting out a new song on a monthly basis, featuring a new artist with each time.
