The iconic producer and musician, 78, is already beginning to see results within eight weeks of cutting beer and liquor from his diet, and altering his eating habits.
He tells New York Magazine, “I lost 18 pounds in two months. Leave that alcohol alone, no carbs. It’s not rocket science.”
