Previous American Idol winner Jordin Sparks is preparing to release her third studio album, which is presently untitled. She’s already got her first single, “I Am Woman,” produced and co-written by the famed Ryan Tedder. Although it’s been since 2009 since Jordin’s last release, Battlefield, she hopes to release her album some time later this summer.

It’s funny you should say that, because I was thinking the same thing. And, notice she said, “I Am Woman” not, “I Am A Girl”. There’s a major difference. Jordin’s younger than Beyonce and damn, even she knows the difference between being a woman and being a girl. As a matter of fact, as I was listening to the song, I was saying to myself, “This sounds like something Beyonce would sing. This is what she should have sung!” She’s sounds good on the track and she’s singing it with confidence. Take notes, Bey!

I totally agree with TRP. This song is complete crap and nothing but and nothing more than a neaked attempt to sadly and deliberately water down a phenomenally talented singer and artist in Jordin Sparks by needlessly and quite frankly stupidly turning her from a singer and a great one at that into a rapper as an attempt to discard her individual identity as an artist and make her into nothing but a mindless,subservient,easily led around by the nose lackey who feels the need to sell out herself,her sound,and her fans in order to keep pace with the ever rapid changes of the music industry,which is quite suprising that we can even call it that anymore when considering how little talent there is with just how few people there are with people who can actually sing or dance and do it well or music anything that even comes close to resembling it with nowadays with most songs particularly R&B,along with the garbage called hip-hop bearing more of a resemblance to an audioized version of pornography than actual music.
Secondly,I also feel that this is indicative of an even larger problem in the music business here in America,the fact that increasingly it is becoming more and more commonplace that we have and are seeing the trend of the truly talented artist{Tevin Campbell,Tamia,Ciara,Monica,Chris Brown and now Jordin Sparks} being made if not forced by the blithering idiots who sadly get to run and rule the American Music Industry now to water down their sound,their style and their talent and voice in order ”remain current” which is bullshit code language for let’s not take the training wheels and the handcuffs off these young lions and possible powerhouses and really let them show what they can do on stage so that they won’t blow all the boring,no-talent,insufferable buffoons like Britney Spears,Kesha,50 Cent,Ja Rule,Eminem,Rihanna and Master P that we’re ignorantly paying to pass these pretenders to the throne off as stars off the stage and out of the business so that we the record execs can still justify having a job running the business into the ground and the aformentioned losers being foolishly paid millions of dollars to be stars {over people and individuals that are better than they are like the names I just mentioned previously} can still have their jobs as sad and indeed pathetic as the situation is and stands right now.
Furthermore,I do want to say that I am a huge fan of Jordin Sparks of whom I feel is both a lovely,pretty,sweet and ultra-talented girl who is without question one of my favorite singers in the business today but I am also compelled to be honest in saying that I do believe deep down that this whole series of events with Jordin over the past week,and the past month or so with the weight loss,the body hugging,see-through cleavage opening in the front at the top black dress,the Twitter pics posted by Jordin of her posing in an orange and blue polkadot bikini and then playing it off in an interview with AOL Music that she was so conflicted and torn as to what she should do in posting the pics or not before ultimately going with what she wanted to do all along with posting them and launching them out to the world on Twitter is nothing more than an attempt by her record labels and other handlers that are pressuring Jordin to slowly but surely sex it up in order to compete with her rivals in the business such as Cassie,Fergie,Rihanna,Ciara,Nicole Scherzinger,and Beyonce’. I also predict that within six months Jordin will be on the cover of Maxim wearing next to nothing with little to no mention of her morals nor her religious faith whatsoever which as a red-blooed American Male makes me happy but as a fan of music I find it very sad.
