Why does this inside and out beautiful singer has to take her shoes off everytime she gives a performance? Fantasia is incredibly talented and that should also translate well through her appearance. It’s good to have a pride of where you came from, but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t change when it feels necessary.
If they do they do the movie right, The movie could be huge for Fantasia (Mahalia Jackson movie).
She is most definitely beautiful! She gives you your money’s worth every time. She has stated the reason behind the shoes. Sh fell and got hurt before so she is comfortable with no shoes. As long as she a’int naked and she gives me my money’s worth I’m not worried about her feet. What does her feet have to do with her beauty? Let the girl be her. And to #1 I think Tasia could rock the role of Aretha because she has played her before in American Dreams so she get a fair chance too. Not throwing shade on Jenny just saying.

It’s ashame, there probably will never be another Soul/R&B Winner of American Idol. Fantasia is one of the best, performance wise, and vocally.
I was at this show and I recorded the entire show despite some minor glitches. It was awesome as always and she has to take her shoes off so she can give the 150% she love to give her audience. Too bad it wasn’t enough room for her to let loose as she usually does.
Also I think Fantasia and Jennifer Hudson are beautiful women with Amazing talent and they are both holding their own Credits. Aretha, that’s another story. lol.

I was there to witness this performance, and I can tell you that Fantasia made the best out the venue. She didnt appear to be uncomfortable at all. This is what I admire about her.
I went to see Fantasia at “For Sisters Only” in Atlanta and she was AMAZING. I always knew Fantasia can sing but when I heard her in person she took my breath away. She is truly a talented and beautiful person inside and out. My favorite song from her is “When I see you” which happens to be her fav too =) My money was definitely well spent. Can’t wait to see her in concert again.

Fantasia hasn’t been allowed the right venue to showcase all her talents until recently. Everybody knows you have to go through Broadway to get to TV and Film. Fantasia knocked BROADWAYS socks off. So I am positive she will do a Fantasitic Job on Mahalia’s BioPic and Aretha needs to think long and hard before making a decision. Just because Fantasia doesn’ have an Oscar or SAG, or Golden Globe doesn’t mean she can’t connect with audiences everywhere and give a stan out performance! And just because Fantasia doesn’t have those awards doesn’t mean she won’t be able to attain them. They said she wouldn’t win Idol, They said she wouldn’t do goood on Broadway, they said she wouldn’t get a Grammy……Come on People…..REALLY! I just happy Aretha has Fantasia AND Jennifer in mind AT ALL! My hat goes off to all you wounderful BLACK Women!
