Rapper/actor 50 Cent premieres a new single, “Outlaw,” produced by Cardiak.
The track is the lead single from his upcoming fifth studio album, Black Magic. 50 has been cited saying that he wants this album “to have the same ‘aggression’ as his debut record, Get Rich or Die Tryin’.“
It is confirmed that he has been in the studio with Boi-1da and Alex da Kid, who have contributed to Drake and Nicki Minaj’s success. The album is slated to hit stores later this year.
this isnt the first single. its just off the album but i doubt it will actually appear on it. he tends to do that shit when he drops single.

Beat was kind of slapping, but 50 ruined it. He’s rapping like he forgot how to flow. He’s not hungry and his heart isn’t in it and it’s reflected in his delivery. He definitely doesn’t need to be rapping about crack houses, after making millions in Vitamin Water. That’s his problem. You’re NOT in the same place as you were when the first album dropped, dude. You’re trying to rap like you’re still in the hood, but you’re partying with Martha Stewart. Rap about what you know and then you won’t sound so fake when you do it.

Most artist will have a hard time living up to their successful first album, that’s why 50 cent and other artists invest in things that make money, music does not make money just popularity these days. Technology killed the music game. Trust, once he is out of his contract, he will come harder. I’m not a hip hop fan, but a fan of 50 cent, and the old hip hop music, less cussing, and more about social issues. 50 cent keep doing your thing.

I agree with you Annie Oakley and others. The beat is nice but his rap flow sucks balls big time. 50 has either lost his touch or he needs to upgrade (a la Jay-Z) and rap about more adult situations. Realistically, who the hell is he going to rob and show off his material possessions to? His lifestyle has changed considerably and there is no way he can get away with being as thuggish as his music claims. Grow up 50! Lose the jheri-curl and get some grown mag swaq quick!!!
