According to reports, R&B singer Nivea was arrested for a DUI in Atlanta, Georgia this past Sunday. Apparently, she left the wedding reception for Latoya Carter and rapper MempHitz intoxicated. She then drove her car into a tree with her 19 month-old son on board:
According to law enforcement sources … Nivea was on the road around 1:30 AM on Sunday when she plowed her ’06 Mercedes right into a tree that had fallen into the road during a recent storm.
We’re told when cops arrived at the scene, Nivea had “bloodshot, glassy eyes and smelled like alcohol.” Nivea told police she only had 3 drinks earlier in the evening … and didn’t see the bright yellow crime tape and the traffic cones directing cars away from the downed tree. Nivea was eventually arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and reckless driving. [Source]
Sources close to her say she wasn’t under the influence. Fortunately, the baby (Neal Carter) wasn’t physically injured during the car accident.

I knew about that bogus ass Rush Card years ago. It’s not beneficial to the user at all, and Russell should’ve known that. Most folks who’d use the Rush Card are young and broke, so they wouldn’t even know about those hidden fees…the card ROBS you, point blank. He should stop endorsing it.

Rushcard is a big scam! I checked my balance one day only to notice they were charging me $1 for every transaction that I made, also $3.50 for ATM transaction on top of whatever fee the ATM charges, when I called to complain of that fee they offered me the option to be charged $10 a month for free transactions only if I used the card as a credit and not debit and one free ATM transaction!! I tried to transfer my money and they refused to do it! I was charged $50 to get my money of this card! I am so glad they are finally looking into this!
