Actress Halle Berry was spotted leaving daycare with her daughter Nahla earlier this week in Los Angeles. She appeared in a family court on Tuesday to try to convince a judge that her ex, Gabriel Aubry, has violated their custody agreement. The judge however has set a future hearing for when Gabriel can attend.
According to Radar online, the custody battle is started to get heated again. A source close to Gabriel says Halle is overbearing when it comes to THEIR daughter.
“Halle has been coming down hard on Gabe recently,” the source says. “If he drops off Nahla just five minutes late or is not exactly on time when he picks her up, he gets it in the ear, big time. Then he is criticized for not taking Nahla to the ‘right kind of places’ when he’s with her, not dressing her correctly, not feeding her the right kind of foods.

Love, being mixed has nothing to do with having “unruly hair.” Not knowing how to do care for it is what causes it to be that way. It doesn’t look like Halle uses any sort of product on Nahla’s hair and that is the problem. There are so many blog devoted to children with natural/curly/kinky hair and those kids hair only look like this after they wake up.

Whenever I read “A source close to Gabriel says” I automatically know that it is fiction. Real news always says who said what. It is not like Halle’s ex made the statement about her. Besides, I think it is best for Halle to move forward with the court hearings and get a final ruling so that she can focus on her actress career.

The father isnt publically smearing her, he’s trying to make this as clean and civil as possible. No information has to come out of behind closed doors. Lawyers can keep information confidential Its always her spreading gossip and smearing him.. That should give you an insight to who she is.
