Beyoncé – Dance For You (full) – listen
As the release of her album draws nearer, tracks from the deluxe edition of 4 have leaked. Beyoncé is offering 3 extra tracks and a few remixes of “Run the World (Girls)” to those who purchase her album at Target. “Dance For You” is obviously one of the track that Bey cooked up with The Dream and his production team at RedZone with those trademark “aye’s” in the background.
JoJo – Limbo (full) – listen
Known for being relentless in the studio, more material leaks from JoJo. It’s no telling whether “Limbo” is from the sessions she had during the recording phases of Jumping Trains when the album was titled All I Want Is Everything. JoJo recently announced that “The Other Chick” is just a buzz single, with an official one dropping this summer, and the album to follow in the fall.
Alicia Keys – Typewriter (full) – listen
Alicia Keys is releasing a 10 year anniversary edition of her debut album, Songs In A Minor with a couple of new tracks, remixes and extended/unreleased versions of songs from the classic album and some exclusive footage. “Typewriter” is one of the tracks from the vault that will be included on the compilation.
Mary J. Blige – Hero (full) – listen
Mary J. Blige is gearing up to release her new album, My Life 2: The Journey Continues. Earlier this week, a song featuring Nicki Minaj leaked, that has been rumored to be the first single. Listed tracks have not indicated that “Hero” will appear on the album.
Beyonce- The single is horrid and she’s shouting too much on the track. It sounds dated and like a faster version of “Cater 2 U.” This is her year to flop right along with JNO and Britney.
JoJo- Stop it with the lame excuse of “The Other Chick” being a buzz single. Nobody cared to download or request it. I don’t care for “Limbo.” It’s totally a Kelly Clarkson “Breakaway” knockoff.
Alicia- I don’t care for this track either but her voice sounds very beautiful.
Mary J Blige- Very inspiring and beautiful song. It sounds like a crossover single, but unfortunately, nobody’s checking for Mary anymore. I can’t imagine why.

so the Executives asked Beyonce to rerecord becuz of her album not having the hits like we are use to, and beyonce said “NO”. So all her power has lead to these results. The freedom to have artistic expression back in Prince’s day got a pass becuz that Muthafucka knew he had the baddest songs.
“Dance 4 You” and it’s in yourface sexuality, was much more better and creative when Aaliyah went there with “Rock the Boat”, and Destinys Child went there with “T-Shirt”, and Beyonce went there the first go round with “speechless”. I just dont get what the hell she is wanting with this newly released bullcrap, it can’t be to perform it in concert.?
and i like the kinda of artist that when they sing about freakin, they use some powerful lyrics like in Lauryn Hill’s “Sweetest Thing”. I mean who forgets, lyrics like, “..Warm as the sun dipped in black, fingertips ON THE SMALL IN MY BACK.” and then you hear that bass guitar riff. Ohh MY GOD! I wish Beyonce would of brought it this album, she fuckin lost one going in with the Dream for a more R&B approach.

I LOVE DANCE 4 YOU-BEYONCE …nothing necessarily ground-breaking, but very nice nevertheless. I will be buying 4 Tuesday. People expect so much from her, which tells you she is the best because honestly, no matter what she does, there will be tons of people who don’t like it and complain. So she has to do what feels right and what her happy
Limbo is very nice…but it does song like Kelly Clarkson’s Breakaway song. I’m excited for her future material though and I hope she comes back with a bang!
I love Alicia Keys but Typewriter is not up to par with her other music. I think she should have left this where it was…I know she recorded this wayyy back then and it sounds like it. I’m glad to see her putting out material and celebrating her 10th Anniversary though. Congrats Queen A!
The Hero-MJB is very inspirational and nice…it also isnt ground-breaking or extra special…but still nice.

Dance for you is a great song!! The way the song starts out with the organ and ends with the cascading melodic guitar is crazy!! The harmonies are on point! I love the way she built up to the ending, making the song go somewhere. This song mixed with speechless would be dope. She killed “speechless” live and she would do the same with this.

Nope none of those songs will be on Marys new album. Hero was around growing pains era and that Nicki track wasnt even them both in the stuido together. Somebody mashed up two different recording sessions to make that.

All the songs were good in my opinion. I am glad to see that these artists are still thriving today when records labels are quick to cut artists. Beyonce will most likely come out with a remix cd of some sort if the album receives lack luster sales. Very doubtful given who she is. The record label already most likely has that in their back pocket and a concert as well to make their money. Jo Jo is a very good singer and its sad that she is underrated. Alicia Keys vocals are on point but this song was definitely done during her coming out era. What can I say about Mary. Hmmmm she is always transforming her style and shows her range in reaching out to other producers. She is not scared to take chances and cross over her music to other audiences in which me likey.
