International entertainer Beyonce sizzled the stage at the 2011 Oxegen Festival at the Punchestown Racecourse in Kildare, Ireland. The 29 year-old diva rocked the stage on Day 3 of the 8th annual popular festival and performed head-nodding hits like “Single Ladies” and “Get Me Bodied” in front of over 65,000 excited festival attendees.

She sold 511K worldwide the first week, she will be number one the second week both in the US and UK. But that’s not what I like more, I love that she has reached the ultimate goal that very artist wants, be able to perform and be recognized as a global iconic performer of excellence no matter the country, I meant she did all the continents, even brazil, west indies, arabic and african countries, the only places left might be antartica or something, this is basically the highest form of respect she can get, it’s an honor, not only that this is how artists make money, but this is the main reason why she will stay longer than everybody else in the game right now and why sales are even irrevelant at this point. She will continue to headline her own tours, be called for shows and she will always be booked somewhere and notice who books her, the best of the best, even Presidents and historical figures did, and she gon be paid. This is what it is all about. She is the first african american woman probably to headline this festival, just like glastonbury.
