Grammy nominated soul singer/songwriter, model and actress Syleena Johnson is in the studio finalizing her new album, entitled Chapter V: Underrated. Check out the video for her latest single, “A Boss,” which features a cameo from Chad Ochocinco.
Chapter V will hit shelves September 27th, via Shanachie Entertainment.

And I think the lyrics are deeper than being materialistic. She said she’s not going to keep giving herself and getting nothing…being played for a fool….if she keeps herself together and on point she’s looking for a man to do the same. She even said he doesn’t have to be perfect in the song. This is a song with Syleena singing a man’s praises instead of telling him to get the hell on like the worthless man in Guess What. LOL…I remember hearing in an interview or maybe I saw it on twitter that Syleena did a duet with Tweet for this album. I can’t wait to hear that. This song is Syleena having fun. I have the feeling this will be a good and lively album, she hasn’t lost her touch.
And her son is the cutest at the end. She also had another baby recently.
