N.E.R.D. rocked the house over the weekend (July 2) at the Coors Light® Search for the Coldest concert at the House of Blues in New Orleans, Louisiana. Pharrell, Shae and Chad of N.E.R.D. headlined the show, which featured performances by Pac Div as well as the 2011 Coors Light Search for the Coldest winner, PyInfamous. Many die hard N.E.R.D. fans came out to support their favorite band with their complimentary Coors Light drinks in hand. Mariah Carey was spotted being guarded by her assistants and personal trainer as she waited for her car in Tribeca in New York City. This is the first time we’ve seen the 41 year-old since giving birth to her two twins, Monroe and Morocco.
She will be a part of the U.S. version of Simon Cowell’s new show, X-Factor, which premiere’s September 21st. According to Cowell, she will be the “judge of the judges”…
Snoop Dogg arrived at the Radisson SAS hotel in Cologne, Germany in yet another interesting hat. The 39 year-old rapper recently told Q magazine that he revealed to his kids about his gangster past so they don’t find out about it on the internet:
My kids know who I am, I explained it to them, the things I’ve done, the time I spent in jail, the reason why I went to jail, when I sold drugs…They can make up their own minds and say ‘Well, my Dad told me this, I know how my Dad gets down so I believe him.’

Actor/singer Tyrese Gibson stopped by Power 105.1 and spoke with The Breakfast Club on their morning radio show. The author spoke about his latest movie, Transformers, what he’s learned about marriage, his upcoming album, Open Invitation and what he thinks about having more than one partner at one time:
His thoughts on polygamy:
“If you’re in that space then go ahead and get it out of your system. If a man is going to move like that, then I don’t really think it needs a title. The title polygamy is just like a concept of you moving around. Just ‘do you’ but my thing is, if you’re going to move around like that, get your pimpin’ right and at least give the girls a heads up because I think the whole dipping off five-six women simultaneously making them all think they’re the only one, that’s when people get fired up at the end.”
