Following the birth of her son this past weekend, singer/actress Lauryn Hill took to her Twitter page to thank her fans for the well wishes. 
In her issued statement, she addressed the rumors of Rohan Marley leaving her for a Brazilian model as well as the rumor of another man fathering her child:
Mr. Marley and I have a long and complex history about which MANY inaccuracies have been reported since the beginning. To speculate without the facts can only cause people to form WRONG conclusions. We both value privacy and for that reason defend and preserve our right to it. Contrary to the numerous reports, Mr. Marley did not abandon me while pregnant with his child. We have had long periods of separation over the years but our 5 children together remain a joy to both of us. Thank you for your concern and I appreciate all of the well wishes regarding the birth of my new son.

Typical baby mother? What is a typical BM? Rohan already said the child was not his, Now she calls him Mr Marley. and said they have 5 children,She can count, she know she has six. That’s why she hid her stomach for so long. She does not wish to disclose the name of the father. The father does not want the publicity either. The baby does not look like the Marley’s.

I like Lauryn and all but really. This woman put out music that touched the SOULS of many many people. Then she fell off the face of the earth. Gave birth to a lot of babies to a man she IS NOT married to.
