If you watched the reunion episode of Vh1′s Basketball Wives, you noticed that Shaunie O’Neal didn’t have much of anything to say. But this morning, the reality show’s executive stopped by Chicago’s Power 92 to discuss the show, Jennifer and her ex-husband’s drink tossing situation as well as whether Meeka Claxton is coming back to Basketball Wives:
“She’s pretty done. I think paperwork-wise, it’s not official yet, but it will be soon. I mean it just didn’t work. It didn’t work in any aspect with anybody. It makes no sense for her to come back. I hear she wants to come back but it just doesn’t make any sense.”
Shaunie later added that Royce may or may not be returning to the show. You can listen to the entire interview below. Part II of the Basketball Wives reunion episode will air next week, Monday, August 22nd at 8pm EST on Vh1.

Well Meeka is basically the only “wife”. Everyone else is either pending marriage or pending divorce. This show is really ridiculous. And the host of those reunions shows is terrible. He doesnt know how to ask the questions or calm them down when they are speaking out of turn. They either need Perez or Andy…

I enjoyed this season, but Im not really looking forward for the next one.

Royce is the only one with some sense on the show, She see them girls for what they are…. fake. Shawnie is pimpin these women, for her to say she is upset on how the show plays out(making women look bad)why doesnt she include them all and try to bring them together, she know drama pay and she getting paid. Meeka did play herself, she id try a little to hard to getthem to like her instead of jsut being herself, but what she triedto do to tammi , Tammi flipped it on her. I agree with the decision to not bring Meeka back to the show. Although she is a true basketball wife, she doesn’t fit in with the rest of them. Plus she came in starting trouble. Royce is ok. Tammi is fine as long as she controls her temper. Evelyn was good last season, I guess cause she has Ocho. Jen seems like the one who has good sense, but I hope she doesn’t become too wild after her divorce from Eric. I thought Shaunie’s role was to be a peacemaker/mediator on the show?
