NEW MUSIC: JOJO – “DISASTER”
Now 20, sultry songbird JoJo, who has been sporting a chic, mature look these days, finally debuts her official first single, “Disaster” on 93.3 FLZ yesterday, which her fans have called #DisasterMonday on Twitter.
The track will lead off JoJo’s long awaited third studio album, Jumping Trains, which is slated to hit stores this fall. Hopefully, we’ll see the visual for the new single as well as the buzz track, “The Other Chick” she released earlier this year.

Danes drop opener to No. 8 Syracuse
SYRACUSE — JoJo Marasco scored three goals and added an assist to lead No. 8 Syracuse to a 12-7 win over UAlbany in non-conference men’s lacrosse action on Sunday afternoon at the Carrier Dome. It was the season-opener for both teams.

I was really hoping she would go more R&B then Pop…I like her voice better on R&B tracks…but she can sing…and hopefully the singles to follow will be more along that line…She can sing
I think they probably wanted to try a song that was a little more radio friendly to start off.
I think she’ll still have those kind of sounds on her album, they just wanted to do something like this for the first single.
Yeah, her first singles are usually on the pop side (Leave (Get Out), Too Little Too Late), but them the rest of the singles are heavily influenced by R&B.
Good to see that she’s still recording, and I can’t wait for her next album.
I love Jojo. Shes such a great singer and I hope her albums really hot, a mixture of R&B and Pop would be great ((: she has the voice for both sounds.

I can’t keep sitting here waiting. Hopefully she won’t have to deal with anymore misfortunes career wise. This songs continues the pattern that she has developed, especially since it is almost a maturer version of Too Little Too Late (not only thematically but vocally as well). I love it though. Keep doing you JoJo . Hopefully she will meet the true success that she has put so much work in for.
