VIDEO: FANTASIA ANNOUNCES HER PREGNANCY; SPEAKS TO YOUTH DURING CONCERT

Almost one year after her being rushed to the hospital for a medication overdose (LINK), singer Fantasia cleared all the rumors and speculations about her being pregnant.

Over the weekend, the 27 year-old gave a free concert to the inner-city youth and residents of the Riverview Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida. After speaking to the youth about making the right life decisions, Fantasia proudly announced her pregnancy:

You are the first person that I share this news with. And I share this with you because I can relate to you. For a while, I walked around figuring out, ‘what will they say? what will they think about me?’ But now I tell you I don’t live my life for folk, so this child that I carry…God has given me this child, and I don’t have to hide it from none of y’all.
